do naam hain hasti-o-fana ek hi dil ke
maara hai isi dil ne jilaaya hai is dil ne

Ahal-e-nazar ke nazdeek ye ek badi daleel  aur amar muazim hai ke admi apni mehbub-o-pasandeeda cheez say haath utha le aur phir apni rooh ko kharch kar dene say badh kar tou koi sakhth tar baat ho hi nahi sakti. isi liye tou Allah taala ne tamaam nekiyon ki kunji apni mehbub cheez ke qurbaan kar dene ko qaraar diya hai.

Jub Allah taala kisi bande say bhalaai karna chahta hai tou usko uske nafs ke ayub dikha deta hai.

Jo apni haqeeqat say bekhabar hai ,ghair ki haqeeqat say aur bhi bekhabar hoga. Aur banda jub maarifat-e-khudavandi ki koshish may ho tou zaruri hai ke pehle apni marifat haasil karle.

" jisne apne nafs ko fana say pehchaan liya, usne apne rab ku baqa say pehchaan liya.

jis ko apni khabar nahi ab tak
vo mere dil ka raaz kya jaane

Huzur sallam ne fermaaya"koi shaks aisa nahi ke uska shaitan ( nafs ) us per ghaalib na ho siwaye Hazrath Umr Raziallahuanahu ke, ke vo khud apne shaitaan per ghaalib hain. chUnaanche Paighambar Sallam ka irshaad hai ke khahish ka chod dena bande ku ameer aur uska irtekaab bande ku ameer say aseer bana deta hai.

Hazrath Zulekha ne khahish-e-nafs ka irtekaab kiya tou ameer hote huye bhi aseer ban gayeen aur Hazrath Yusuf Alahisalaam ne hawa-e-nafs ko tark kar diya tou aseer hone ke bawajud ameer hogaye.

Jub Junaid rahmatullah alaih say poocha gaya ke vasl-e-haq kya cheez hai ? tou fermaaya ke," khahish-e-nafs ke murtakab hone say baaz rehna". So bande  ki koi bhi ibadat mukhalifat-e-nafs say badh kar buzarg ho nahi sakti. yaani mukhalifat-e-nafs sab say badi ibadat hai.

Kyon ke ibn-e-Adam ko pahaad ku nakhun say khodna asaan-tar hai ba-nisbat hawa-e-nafs ki mukhalifat karne ke.

Mohammedbin alfazalul balaghi raziallahuanahu fermaate hain' mujhe us shaks per intihaai taajub hota hai jo apni khahish say khana-e-khuda may jaata hai aur zyaarath karta hai kyon nahi vo apni khahish per qadam rakh deta ke khud khana-e-khuda ke maalik tak uski rasaai haasil hojaaye, yaane khahish khaw kaaba ki ho bahar haal khahish hai.aur phir zyaarath-e-kaaba bahar haal ek moqam ki zyaarath hai ,tou phir kyon na  Maalik-e-kaaba tak ki rasaii ki koshish ki jaaye, jiska tareeqa ye hai ke" khahish ko tark kar diya jaaye".

kyon ke nafs ki zaahir-tareen siffat shahuwat hai, aur shahuwat ek kaif hai ke admi ke rag-o-pey may jaari-o-saari rehti hai. aur admi ke tamaam hawaas bas usi ke kaamon may lage rehte hain. aur banda inme say her ek ke tahafuz per maamur hai. Huzur-e-khuda may her ek azu say sarzad hone waale fale-o-amal ke liye jawab-deh hoga.

Pas chahiye ke taalib apna nighebaan-o-haakim ban jaaye. kyon ke shahuwat ke kisi haqeer say haqeer  juzu tak may mubtila hojaana bhi marifat  say mukammal taur per hijaab may lejaata hai. yaane shahuwat  ki ramaq bhi baaqi ho tou taalib-o-matlub ke darmyaan parde haayel hojaate hain.is say nijaat ka ahsan tareeqa ye hai ke banda usey Allah taala ke suprud  karde taake uski murad puri hojaaye.
